P&L Building Services is a local building company based in Northampton, run by two experienced tradesmen who personally carry out all work on every project.
We do not send different teams or subcontract our core work. When you choose us, you deal directly with the people responsible for your project — from the first conversation to the final finish.
We focus on completing one project at a time. This means we don’t jump between jobs or rush work to fit multiple schedules. Once we start, we stay fully committed to your project until it is finished to a high standard.
We specialise in bathroom renovations, kitchen installations and full home refurbishments. Over the years, we have completed many bathrooms, even more kitchens, and a wide range of full property renovations.
For larger projects such as full house renovations or HMO conversions, we work with trusted, long-term subcontractors for specialist trades such as gas and electrical works. All required certifications, including Gas Safety and Electrical Certificates, are provided, ensuring full compliance and peace of mind.
